It was a marathon crochet day in the studio! I worked for 7 1/2 hours non-stop. My shoulders and neck are sore. But with the right music and being so close to finishing Medusa’s tail, I had to knock it out. All I have to do now, is stitch the back and belly pieces together on the form. Woo hoo! Then I will begin working on her torso section. I really hope to complete her while I’m here.

BUNNIES!

So for all of my bunny loving friends…I got to wondering about rabbits in Iceland. They are not native, but they do exist! Here is an interesting article about them. I’ll be staying close to where they are concentrated next month. Although, if I see a rabbit, I’m going to want to rescue it or take it with me and won’t know what to do! Maybe I should stay clear. lol. I was also scoping the local grocery store pet isle and found rabbit food! So if you want to move to Iceland, you can have bunnies. They also have exotic vets. I’m missing my babies terribly, but I get daily updates and wonderful pics. Thank you family!

Rabbits in Iceland

If you have visited Iceland, please share your dates and where you’ve been in the comments below! Some of you have already shared some pics, which is great. I hope many of you will consider visiting here. It’s actually a pretty easy trip to make from the DMV, plane fare is reasonable (in normal times), and is so worth the trip!

    1. Hi!
YES! I love them! I want to try and do a ride while we are here after I leave the residency. They are so beautiful. They trot/run like no other horses in the world as they have evolved to handle the landscape here in Iceland.
