It’s absolutely beautiful here in Blönduós. The daily temperature is between 55 – 60. The weather changes constantly. Sometimes it’s beautiful and sunny, then the wind and rain will arrive. We dress in layers and always carry hats & gloves. Coming from 95 degree weather was a shock! Blönduós is a small town with roughly 900 residents. There is one grocery store, and two restaurants. I’m starting. to settle in and made myself some Indian food! I found some spices in the cupboard. Thank you to whoever left these here! I’ve done a little exploring but not much yet. 

Beginning to roughly form Medusa’s tail with the wire mesh. It’s not the fun part of creating. I have many tools and supplies. My suitcase is half fiber art supplies and half Home Depot! 

Music: Today I listened to a variety of Pop jams.
