The Saga of Medusa in Iceland: Day 28

Day 3 in the capital was a lot of fun with general shenanigans. We went sight seeing, shopping, eating and drinking.

I love downtown Reykjavik! It’s a very charming city. It has a nice atmosphere with fun stores, delicious food and people from all over the world visiting. It was a beautiful day of weather and company. This was one of my favorite days during our stay in the capital.

Sight-seeing included the penis museum, the famous Hallgrímskirkja church, various statues and monuments. Shopping included, of course YARN!, sweaters, and a special photograph of my irises! What a weird thing to do right! Apparently I have very strange colored eyes with something called central heterochromia. https://myvision.org/eye-conditions/central-heterochromia/

Eating and drinking included a fun pub called ‘Bastards’, Icelandic hot-dogs and so…much drinking! lol. The capital has so many good restaurants and pubs. There just wasn’t enough time to eat, drink, and see everything that I wanted.
